Birthday Cake Grenade is an event based grenade in Counter Strike Online 2.

The Birthday Cake Grenade is given to players who accummulated 30 minutes of game time daily during Mila's birthday celebrating event. It is based on HE Grenade and shares the same performances with the HE, except for the pink-colored skin and the explosion effect.

- 1st Anniversary Grenade
This variant shares the same design and function as the Birthday Cake Grenade, except the words printed on the grenade, which means "1st Anniversary".
