Overview

Douglas Jacob first appears as a mission provider NPC. In the Last Ride chapter, Crono Wing and Soy revealed that he is the person funding Dr. Rex's Super Soldier Project. Both him and the Kronos Company would be revealed later in the next chapter of Zombie Scenario.
