Medals are the achievements for the players of Counter-Strike Online who already achieved certain challenges.

The medals can be used before a player's name. Example: [No longer a noob] PlayerName.

You can set your medal by clicking on your statistics which is on top left and clicking 'Medals' followed by clicking the medal of your choice.

When a player has reached a certain honour points, his/her title color will change.

Classic

Weapon Specialist	Kill 1000 enemies with assault rifle, 500 enemies with submachine gun, 400 enemies with sniper rifle, 300 enemies with machine gun, 200 enemies with shotgun and 100 enemies with pistols in Gun Deathmatch mode.	Keep playing, focus on the easier task first. Machine gun only appears once per match.	20
Reliable Assistant	1000 assists in Basic mode.	Deals amount of damage that lower than 100 so other teammates can kill that enemy. Use weapons that deal low damage like SMG or Pistol. Injuring opponents with HE Grenades also counted.	20
Godlike	3 consecutive kills for 1000 times without dying in Original/Team Deathmatch.	Only available in rooms with 8 players and above. For faster progress, kill 3 enemies and committed suicide.	20

Evolutionist	Evolve from normal zombie to host zombie and to powerful host zombie for 10,000 times.	Being chosen as a host zombie from the beginning of the round doesn't count. Infect as many human as possible in order to evolve.	10

If the player only online to play the game, he/she will obtain the medal at General LV.	50
Donation Angel	Present cash items 30 times to friend, not 30 items.	Gift the Reward Preview or Secret Method: Lucky Master Craftsman as they are cheap. You can present items 30 times to the same recipient instead of 30 different recipients.	30
Specialist	Continuous complete special missions 30 days.	Call friends for help to complete difficult special missions. Note: ALL special missions requires more than 4 players to be counted except bot missions.	50
Perfectionist	Succeed to clear all Daily missions.	Call friends or clan members for any difficult missions.	30
God Of Mission	Clear all Daily missions for 100 times.	Patience and braveheart friends are needed.	50
Biker Gang	Accumulate 100 times, playing with the maximum of 5 maps each time in Map Advancement to achieve the medal.	Patience is the key to success. The fastest way to obtain this medal is by playing Zombie Scenario mode and commit suicide using grenades after the round starts. The recommended map layout is Lost City (Hard), (Normal), (Easy), Trap, Culvert. The last map can be replaced by Double Gate (Hard) if Culvert isn't updated yet for your country. Remember: Do NOT use this tip in CSO SG/MY. Note: Can be done alone.	10
Meister	Successfully craft 300 weapons of any grade.	Use Secret Method: Lucky Master Craftsman to increase success rate. Use 1-3 day Durability and Normal recipes to save point.	10
Enhancer	Successfully enhance weapon 100 times in Weapon Enhancement.	Use Advanced Enhancement Kit to double the percentage of success.	10
Mother of Success	Fail 3000 times in Weapon Enhancement.	Recommended to enhance K3 with Normal Enhancement Kit. Doing this might also achieved Enhancer.	30

If you have money, upgrade three statuses (All level 8). Don't quit from the game until the end. Aim for Playmaker and Libero first and you might also obtain Player of the Year.	50

Scenario

Killing Machine	Kill 10,000 zombies in 1 round of Zombie Scenario.	Recommended maps: Last Clue: Eliminate zombies until fourth wall, you can get this medal. Dead End: Eliminate zombies without destroying any barricades. Tips: using grenade launchers such as M32 MGL, FGL or M79 is the best choice as they cannot break the barricade but still effects to zombies (Recommended FGL as it reloads faster than others). However, there is another way that you can ask your friends to help you climb up on top of the first barricade, then use any long range melee weapons such as Skull-9, Katana, Green Dragon Glaive to kill zombies. Contact : You can actived the Health Treatment by pressing "E" button makes increasing your heatlh and you can kill zombies without dying. Tips: Kevlar is still needed so that health does not decrease too fast. Choose the best place that can kill zombies as much as you can. Remember don't camp for too long (if you don't move more than 5 min., you will be auto disconnected). Maximal 90 minutes can be done. Note: Can be done alone. Use item Round Retry still count but you can use only one time.	10
City Hunter	Complete Lost City in Normal or Hard mode 100 times.	Hard mode is preferred as it has lesser round.	30
Gate Keeper	Complete Double Gate in Normal or Hard mode 100 times.	Upgrade gate durability for better defense.	20
Activator	Complete Trap 100 times.	Survive at all cost. Avoid colliding with other teammates. Co-op with professional players. Take out Throw Type Zombie first. Don't kill any zombies (except throw type zombie round), just run horizontal and vertical area. The zombies can't spawn if you don't kill.	30
Phobos Slayer	Kill Prototype Phobos or Siege Type Phobos 100 times.	Use weapons of Skull series/Balrog series or AT4-CS for easy defeat.	10
Oberon Slayer	Kill Oberon 100 times.	Play with professional players and clan match is highly recommended. Use weapons of Skull series/Balrog series or AT4-CS for easy defeat.	10
Pilgrim	Clear Lost City (Normal/Hard), Double Gate (Normal/Hard), Trap, Last Clue, Chaos and Dead End.	So far the hardest are Lost City (Hard), Double Gate (Normal) and Trap. Last Clue, Chaos and Dead End is easily beaten by the most players. Note: Lost City (Hard) is easier than (Normal) because it takes less rounds to finish. Double Gate (Normal) however has the same amount of rounds with (Hard) making (Normal) preferable.	5
Undertaker	Kill a total of 1,000,000 zombies in Zombie Scenario.	Cumulative progress. Can accumulate kills alone. Disconnect or auto-leave still count. If 1,000 zombies are killed in a day, you will get the medal in nearly 3 years. 8,000 zombies are spawned in an hour at Last Clue and Dead End if you continue kill. They will stop spawning after 6 hours if you don't break the next wall. Dead End is more recommended due to a bug where you can stand on the first barrier wall and the zombies can't touch you. Skull and Balrog weapons are recommended. Skull-9 is preferable and commonly known as the fastest weapon to achieve this medal.	50
Comanche Hunter	Destroy 100 Comanches.	Use AT4, AT4-CS and anti-materials sniper rifles such as M95 or AS50. Stay away from the Comanche when it is firing its rockets.	10
Osprey Hunter	Destroy 100 Ospreys.	Use Barrett M95 for the highest damage.	10
Gear Breaker	Destroy 100 XT-300s.	Use AT4, AT4-CS and anti-materials sniper rifles such as M95 or AS50. Aim for the back or the legs as it is more vulnerable than the body.	10
Phoenix	Survival: Clear Culvert 100 times.	Avoid colliding with other teammates. Co-op with good teammates, own good weapons.	10
Dione Pursuer	Clear Toxicity 100 times.	Play with professional players. Use weapons of Skull series/Balrog series or AT4-CS for easy defeat. Aim for the red part on the chest.	10
Firefighter	Kill Revenant 100 times.	Play with professional players. Remember to activate the ice pipes to prevent Revenant from using Firestorm skill. Note: Anti-zombie weapons are not recommended because the boss has very high armor to reduce damages from all weapons dramatically.	10
Last Soldier	Subdue 100 Angras.	Counted only in room with 4 players and above. Cooperate with professional players. Use strong weapons such as Skull series, Balrog Series, AT4-CS and Thunderbolt.	10
Titan Attacker	Defeat Fallen Titans 100 times.	Only available in rooms for more than 4 players.	10
Scorpion Chief	Defeat Bio Scorpion 100 times.	Only available in rooms for more than 4 players.	10
Erica Guardian	Clear Threat 100 times.	Focus on defeating the boss as fast as possible.	10
Asura	Clear the 3 seasons of Zombie Scenario during the conducted event.	Co-op with good teammates, own good weapons. You must do it in order, from season 1 to season 3.	0

Escape Specialist	Escape 3000 times in Zombie Escape.	Be careful of what you are doing and where you are going.	10
Infecter	Achieve 5000 human infections in Zombie Escape.	Counted in room with 8 players and above. Volunteer to be infected and start infecting humans. Patience is the key to success. If you can get 10 infections in 1 day, you can achieve the medal in 1 year and 2 months. If you can get 100 infections in 1 day, you can achieve the medal in 1 month and 2 weeks.	10
Demolition Man	Eliminate 10,000 enemies in Bazooka Battle mode.	Show no mercy.	10
Bot Zombie Master	Unlock Difficulty Level "Elite" in Bot Zombie Mode.	Activate the "Friendly Fire" Button and kill human bot first then the zombie. Use strong weapon such as Balrog Series and Skull series. Be careful because Stun and Knockback power are less applied.	10
Into the Fire	Explode 150 Obstacles as Counter-Terrorist. Dismantle 100 Bondages as Terrorist.	Only available in rooms with 6 players and above. Be brave and not coward.	10
Berserk	1000 Beast kills.	1000 kills as a Yeti, not kills 1000 Beasts. The fastest way is asking friends or family members to afk in other team and you become Yeti. Once the round start, kill all the enemies, maximum 400 kills per match.	20
Destroyer	Achieve 100 times of victory in New Zombie Shelter: Team Match.	Play with Family members who also want to do this medal, then share the victory by doing it turn by turn.	20
The Last Survivor	Clear New Zombie Shelter: Coop for 100 times.	Recommended master combat skill as airstrike can deal high damage to boss.	10

Some of the medals have very high expectations with low points and they are imbalanced.
In Singapore/Malaysia region, there was a bug where players will see CSO_Title_Name_TrapMaster instead of Activator. However, this was fixed in later updates.
Also in Singapore/Malaysia region, there was a bug where players will see CSO_Title_Name_Perfectionist instead of Perfectionist. However, this was fixed in later updates.
Also in Singapore/Malaysia region, there was a bug where players will see CSO_Title_Name_God_of_Misson instead of God of Mission. However, this was fixed in later updates.
Also in Singapore/Malaysia region, there was a bug where some players earned extra honor for Firefighter and Perfectionist.
