Medals are achievement systems for the players of Counter-Strike Online.

The medals can be used before a player's name. Example: [No longer a noob] PlayerName.

You can set your medal by clicking on your statistics which is on top left and clicking 'Medals' followed by clicking the medal of your choice.

When a player has reached a certain amount of honour points, his/her title color will change, like shown below:

0 ~ 95 = Orange [Elite Clan Member]
100 ~ 245 = Green [Elite Clan Member]
250 ~ 495 = Blue [Elite Clan Member]
500 ~ 995 = Purple [Elite Clan Member]
Over 1000 = Red [Elite Clan Member]

Classic

Sword Master	Kill 10,000 enemies with melee weapons.	Easier to be done in Lost City Easy Mode alone. Play any Knife Battle mode. Doing Killing Machine might also obtain Sword Master.	10
Bomb Expert	Plant and defuse C4 100 times.	If playing with other players, 2 players needed to be counted. Playing 1 vs 1 with Bot also counts if attempting it alone, player should choose small maps and set the match to knife battle for quick farming. Best done in Sienna. Reliable Assistant	1000 assists in Basic mode.	Deals amount of damage that lower than 100 so other teammates can kill that enemy. Use weapons that deal low damage like SMG or Pistol. Injuring opponents with HE Grenades also counted.	20
Godlike	3 consecutive kills for 1000 times without dying in Original/Team Deathmatch.	Only available in rooms with 8 players and above.	20

Café Customer	Complete 100 missions appointed by Evelyn within 3 days in Internet Cafe.		10

Biker Gang	Accumulate 100 times, playing with the maximum of 5 maps each time in Map Advancement to achieve the medal.	Patience is the key to success. The fastest way to obtain this medal is by playing Zombie Scenario mode and let the zombies kill you, instead of throwing grenades to the ground. The recommended map layout is Lost City (Hard), (Normal), (Easy), Trap, Culvert. The last map can be replaced by Double Gate (Hard) if Culvert isn't added yet for your region. Bot Deathmatch mode is recommended for SG/MY players. By setting the kill limit to 20 kills and selecting small maps, the game would finish swiftly. Note: Can be done alone.	10
Meister	Successfully craft 300 weapons of any grade.	Use Secret Method: Lucky Master Craftsman to increase success rate. Use 1-3 day Durability Material and any Combat Blueprints higher than D to save points.	10

Scenario

Killing Machine	Kill 10,000 zombies in 1 round of Zombie Scenario.	Recommended maps: Last Clue: Eliminate zombies until the fourth wall, you can get this medal. Dead End: Eliminate zombies without destroying any barricades. Tips: using grenade launchers such as M32 MGL, FGL or M79 is the best choice as they cannot break the barricade but still effects to zombies (Recommended FGL as it reloads faster than others). However, there is another way that you can ask your friends to help you climb up on top of the first barricade, then use any long range melee weapons such as SKULL-9, Katana, Green Dragon Glaive to kill zombies. Contact : You can activate the Health Treatment by pressing E button makes increasing your heatlh and you can kill zombies without dying. Tips: Kevlar is still needed so that health does not decrease too fast. Choose the best place that can kill zombies as much as you can. Remember don't camp for too long (if you don't move more than 5 min., you will be auto disconnected). It can be finished in 90 minutes with right circumstances, and it also can be done alone. Use item Round Retry still count but you can use only one time.	10

Undertaker	Kill a total of 1,000,000 zombies in Zombie Scenario.	Cumulative progress. Can accumulate kills alone. Disconnect or auto-leave still count. If 1,000 zombies are killed in a day, you will get the medal in nearly 3 years. Last Clue, Dead End and Contact are highly recommended to achieve this medal since they have high number of zombie spawning. Anti Zombie weapons are recommended for easy killing. However, other crowd clearer weapons such as Petrol Boomer are also recommended.	50
Comanche Hunter	Destroy 100 Comanches.	Use AT4, AT4-CS and anti-materials sniper rifles such as M95 or AS50. Stay away from the Comanche when it is firing its rockets.	10
Osprey Hunter	Destroy 100 Ospreys.	Use Barrett M95 for the highest damage.	10
Gear Breaker	Destroy 100 XT-300s.	Use AT4, AT4-CS and anti-materials sniper rifles such as M95 or AS50. Aim for the back or the legs as it is more vulnerable than the body.	10

Infecter	Achieve 5000 human infections in Zombie Escape.	Counted in room with 8 players and above. Volunteer to be infected and start infecting humans. Patience is the key to success. If you can get 10 infections in 1 day, you can achieve the medal in 1 year and 2 months. If you can get 100 infections in 1 day, you can achieve the medal in 1 month and 2 weeks.	10
Demolition Man	Eliminate 10,000 enemies in Bazooka Battle mode.	Show no mercy.	10
Bot Zombie Master	Unlock Difficulty Level "Elite" in Bot Zombie Mode.	Activate the "Friendly Fire" option and kill human bots first then the zombie. Use strong weapon such as BALROG Series and SKULL series. Be careful because Stun and Knockback power are less applied.	10
Into the Fire	Explode 150 Obstacles as Counter-Terrorist. Dismantle 100 Bondages as Terrorist.	Only available in rooms with 6 players and above. Have a good team to cover you while dismantling or obstacle breaching, solo bravery doesn't always work.	10
Berserk	1000 Beast kills.	1000 kills as a Yeti, not 1000 Beasts killed. The fastest way is asking friends or family members to afk in other team and you become Yeti. Once the round start, kill all the enemies, maximum 400 kills per match.	20
Destroyer	Achieve 100 times of victory in New Zombie Shelter: Team Match.	Counted only in room with 4 players and above. Play with Family members who also want to do this medal, then share the victory by doing it turn by turn.	20
The Last Survivor	Clear Zombie Shelter: Coop for 100 times.	Counted only in room with 4 players and above. Recommended master combat skill as airstrike can deal high damage to boss. The best way to finish the game fast is master in SMG skills and the whole team use SKULL-3. You can finish the game after 5 or 6 days in game.	10
Metal Hero	MVP 3000 times in Metal Arena mode.	Use weapons with high damage.	50
Conqueror	Conquer enemy base 1000 times in Metal Arena.	Note: 2 players are counted.	10
Return Unit	Teleport back to the spawn point 1000 times in Metal Arena.	Note: 2 players are counted.	10
Return Hero	Use the Return Skill 1000 times in Metal Arena mode.	Note: 2 players are counted.	10
Mech Warrior	Operate XT-300 Goliath 100 times in Zombie Giant mode.	4 players needed to be counted.	10
Weapon Master	Kill 200 enemies with each of the weapons in Fight Yard mode: XM1014, MAC-10, AUG, AWP, MP5, M249, M3, M4A1, TMP, SG552, AK-47 and P90.	Players need to achieve 200 kills with each of the 12 weapons (2400 kills in total).	20

Medal is reformed in later updates with new images.

With this update, players could choose five medals to be shown in a medal strip. The medal strip can be seen by other players when they highlight the player's name while in a game lobby. The color of the player's medal strip will change depending on the player's accumulated honor points.

Trivia

Achieving all medals with points will total to 1525 honor points.
In Singapore/Malaysia region, there was a bug where some players earned extra honor for [Firefighter] and [Perfectionist].
Several medals were renamed in later patches. The original name for those medals are:
